To explore more software companies I was browsing net and suddenly came across about Cynosure Technologies, and I gave them a ring to understand more about the software. Each software company has some way or other limitations in their software. But we didn’t find a company who are flexible enough to accommodate our process in the software. When we were searching for a good HR software to implement in SMCC to make the leave and attendance process automated, we met a lot of software company in that process.
